Yohana Misi Ina is a dedicated music educator, performer, and multi-instrumentalist with a lifelong passion for music and teaching. Her musical journey began at the age of nine when her father introduced her to the guitar, sparking a love for music that would shape her future. At fifteen, she discovered the bass guitar and quickly developed a deep appreciation for rhythm, performance, and musical expression.

Originally from Indonesia, Yohana earned her Business Degree from the University of Sumatra before pursuing her passion for music professionally in Sydney, Australia. She completed an Advanced Diploma in Music and later obtained her Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), one of Australia’s leading contemporary music institutions.

With over eight years of teaching experience, Yohana has guided students of various ages and skill levels, helping them develop strong musical foundations while fostering confidence, creativity, and a genuine love for music. Her teaching approach combines technical development with patience, encouragement, and an understanding that every student learns differently.

In addition to teaching, Yohana has built an extensive performance background, regularly performing at weddings, private events, corporate functions, churches, and community events throughout Australia. Her experience as both a performer and educator allows her to bring real-world musical insight into every lesson.

Yohana believes that music is more than a skill—it is a powerful tool for self-expression, confidence, discipline, and personal growth. Whether working with beginners discovering their first notes or developing musicians refining their abilities, she is committed to creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment where students can thrive.
