Azad Motahari is a seasoned guitarist and educator with over 20 years of experience teaching students of all ages. With a passion for music that transcends generations, Azad has dedicated his career to nurturing the talents of his students. In addition to his work as a guitarist, Azad is also a singer and has showcased his vocal talents through his music. Notably, he published his first song in 2013, marking the beginning of his journey as a recording artist.

Azad's musical collaborations include working with renowned artist Sadredin Taheri, a celebrated Yamaha-endorsed guitarist recognized as the best in Asia and Oceania, where he arranged and played guitar for the song "Lahzeye Naab". He has also honed his skills in flamenco guitar under the guidance of Shah Hosseini. Azad's versatility as a guitarist spans acoustic, pop, and classical genres.

To date, Azad has published 7 music tracks and 3 music videos, including "Lahzeye Naab", "Gorg o Mish", and "Miboosamet". He has also thrilled audiences with live performances in Toronto, showcasing his talent and passion for music.

Azad's achievements have been recognized through prestigious awards, including the Outstanding Pop Music Performance award at the Newmarket Voice Festival in 2023. Additionally, he won first place in the provincial final of the Ontario Music Festival Association (OMFA), a testament to his exceptional musical talent.

With his extensive teaching experience and artistic pursuits, Azad Motahari continues to inspire and guide his students in their musical endeavours, while pursuing his own passion for music.
